Cancellation Policy

To reserve your appointment, full payment is required at the time of booking. Because appointments are reserved exclusively for you and involve significant preparation, the following policies apply: -Rescheduling: Appointments are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice at no additional charge. -Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund. -No-Shows: Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will forfeit their payment and are not eligible for a refund. -Transferable Sessions: If you are unable to attend, your appointment may be transferred to another individual with advance notice prior to the scheduled session. -Emergencies: Genuine emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the practitioner's discretion; however, refunds will not be provided. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and rescheduling policy.
